Edit Notification Settings

Trainers can manage whether they receive system-generated email alerts. This gives them control over how they stay informed about updates.

Step 1: Trainer Dasboard

  • Trainer Dashboard Overview

Step 2: Profile Dropdown

  • Click on your Profile Name located at dashboard's top right corner.

Step 3: Account Information

  • Click Account Information

  • If you did not upload your Pedagogic Qualification during onboarding, an alert banner and the Pedagogic fields will prompt you to upload the required documents.

Step 4: Notification Tab

  • Click Notification Settings

Step 5: Edit Notification

  • System sets Notification Settings to ON by default.

  • Email notifications will be sent if Notification Settings is turned ON.

  • Turning it off will disable email notifications.

Tips

  • Keep notifications ON to stay updated on trainee assignments and important alerts.
  • Turn off only if you have alternative ways to stay informed.
