Search Trainers

Use the search feature in the Trainer Dashboard to quickly locate trainer records by name or email. This helps streamline trainer management, especially when handling a large pool of nominated trainers.

Step 1: Trainer Dashboard​

Navigate to the Trainer Dashboard.

Step 2: Search Trainer​

In the search bar, enter a Trainer Name or Trainer Email.

Note: The search is keyword-based and begins filtering results from the first character you type.
(e.g. Typing ‘J’ will show all trainers whose names or emails start with 'J')

Tips

  • Use full names or specific email fragments for more accurate results.
  • Start typing slowly and review the auto-suggested results.
  • Clear the search field to reset and view all trainers again.
  • Ensure no extra spaces when pasting email addresses into the search field.
  • Search is case-insensitive — typing ‘john’ or ‘John’ returns the same results.
