Create Job Post

Creating a job post allows you to recruit qualified trainees for your organization through the ITE training program.

Step 1: Create New Job

On the dashboard click +Create New Job button.

Step 2: Request Signing

Sign the request to continue.

If your company is SME, Non-SME, VMO or GLC, you will be directed to signing the WPGA grant.

Sign the request by clicking Initiate Signing Request.

If your company is a public agency, you will be directed to signing the WPA grant.

Sign the request by clicking Initiate Signing request.

Step 3: Signatory Personnel Sign

Signatory Personnel to open link from Initiate signing request email.

Follow https://guide.signify.gov.sg/user-guides/basic/signer to sign the document.

Step 4: Course Listings

You will be redirected to Course Listing Page.

Step 5: Course Details

Click on any course to view details, press Back to go back to course listing page selection.

Click Start to continue job post creation.

Step 6: Job Post Form

Fill in the required information:

If your Applicant Type is Both (Public & In-Service Applicants)

  • Provide:
    • Job Title
    • Trainees to Hire
    • In-Service Applicants
    • Job Overview
    • Skills Required
    • Job Requirements
    • Mandatory Clearance Checks (optional)

Note: You can upload your job document and get the fields autofilled.

If your Applicant Type is In-Service Applicants Only

  • Provide:
    • Job Title
    • Job Overview
    • Job Requirements
    • Mandatory Clearance Checks (optional)

Step 7: List of Competencies(LOC) Form

Fill in List of Competencies(LOC) Criteria Form.

Note: Ensure percentage of competencies is achieved for critieria to be met.

Step 8: Review Job Post

Review Job Post and ensure all information is correct.s

Click Submit once you are satisifed.

Step 9: Job Post Submission

Click Confirm on the popup to confirm Job Post Submission.

Step 10: Submission Successful

Job post is submitted succesfully.

Tips

  • Prepare all job details and requirements before starting to ensure smooth completion
  • Use clear, specific job titles that accurately reflect the position (e.g., "Junior Software Developer" rather than "IT Staff")
  • Review course details thoroughly to ensure alignment with your job requirements
  • Ensure signatory personnel are available to complete grant signing promptly
  • Keep competency percentages realistic and achievable for entry-level trainees
  • ⚠️ Double-check all information during review as changes after submission require administrator approval

Once Submitted:

  • Your job post will be under review.
  • You will be provided options to be redirected to your Job Posting or the Create Job Post section.
