Withdraw Offer

Withdrawing an offer is a formal action that cancels a previously extended job offer. This guide explains when and how to withdraw an offer and what to expect during the admin approval process.

Step 1: Job Posting Dashboard

Click on Job Postings to go to Job Post dashboard.

Step 2: View Job Post

Click on the View next to a job post.

Step 3: Applicant List

You will be at the Applications Tab, listing all applicants

Step 4: Applicant details

Click on View next to the applicant, you want to withdraw job offer.

The Applicant status should be Pending Review

Step 5: Withdraw Offer

Click on Withdraw Offer.

Step 6: Withdrawing Reasons

Enter the reason for withdrawing job offer.

Tips

  • Provide a clear and valid reason to avoid delays in admin approval.
  • ⚠️ Once withdrawn, the offer cannot be reinstated — proceed with caution.
  • Monitor the admin review status for final confirmation.

Step 7: Withdrawing Submission

Upon clicking the Submit button, the withdrawing job offer request will be sent to the admin for review.

Step 8: Withdrawing Successful

Once admin has approved job offer withdrawal, job offer will be withdrawn successfully.
