Create Logbook

Create and submit your daily Logbook entry from the OJT section by following the steps below.

Step 1: Locate OJT Tab

Click on the "OJT" tab from the sidebar to access your On-the-Job Training features.

Step 2: Click on the Logbook Tab

Select the "Logbook" tab to view or manage your logbook entries.

Step 3: Create a New Logbook Entry

Click on the "+ Create New Logbook" link to begin logging your daily activity.

Step 4: Fill in Logbook Details

Enter all required details for your Logbook entry and click the "Continue" button.

Tips

  • Keep your entries clear, concise, and relevant to your daily tasks.
  • Always review your log before submitting.
  • Reach out to your Training Officer if you notice missing entries or issues.
  • Save drafts if you're not ready to submit immediately.

Step 5: Review and Submit Logbook

Double-check the information you have entered.
Click on "Submit" to complete your Logbook entry.

Post Submission

Once submitted, you may choose to create another Logbook or return to the OJT tab.
