Download Document

Follow these steps to access and download your trainee documents from the OJT section.

Step 1: Locate OJT Tab​

Click on the "OJT" tab from the sidebar to access On-the-Job Training options.

Step 2: Open the Trainee Documents Tab​

Click on the "Trainee Documents" tab to view your available files.

Step 3: Download the Document​

Click on the Download icon next to the file you want to download.

Tips

  • Make sure your browser allows downloads and pop-ups.
  • Files are typically in PDF or DOCX format. Ensure your device can open them.
  • If a document is missing, contact your Training Officer for assistance.
  • Check your downloads folder if you're unsure where the file was saved.
