Screen Capture Agreed List of Compentencies(ALOC)

Screen capturing the Agreed List of Competencies allows company representatives to create official documentation of approved competency requirements for their job postings

Step 1: Job Posting Dashboard

Click on Job Postings to go to Job Post Dashboard.

Step 2: Job Post Details

Click on View button next to job post to screen capture.

Step 3: Agreed List of Competencies(ALOC) tab

Click on Agreed List of Competencies(ALOC) tab.

Step 4: Screen Capture ALOC

Click Screen Capture.

Tips

  • Generate screen captures immediately after ALOC approval to maintain current documentation records
  • Store captured ALOC files in organized folders by job post title and date for easy future reference
  • Ensure the complete ALOC content is visible on screen before capturing to avoid incomplete documentation
