Withdraw Job Post

Withdrawing a job post allows company representatives to remove active job postings from the system when positions are no longer needed or circumstances have changed.

Note: You can only withdraw Published Job Posts.

Step 1: View Job Post​

Click on the View next to job post to withdraw.

Step 2: Actions dropdown​

Click on the Actions Dropdown.

Step 3: Withdraw Job Post​

Click on the Withdraw option in the dropdown.

Tips

  • Review all pending applications before withdrawing to avoid losing qualified candidates who could be suitable for future roles
  • ⚠️ Consider closing the job post instead of withdrawing if there's a chance the position might reopen in the near future

If there are no hired trainees:

  • Job Post status would be updated to Withdrawn.

If there are hired trainees:

  • You have to wait for approval from the IBT admin.
