Edit Account Information

Easily update your contact details as a Company Representative. This ensures accurate communication and keeps your profile information current. Most core details are auto-populated via SingPass MyInfo for accuracy and security.

Step 1: Account Profile Dropdown​

Click on the Dropdown at your Account Profile.

Step 2: Account Information​

Click on Account Information on the dropdown.

Step 3: Account Information Details​

You will be directed to the Account Details Page.

Step 4: Account Detail Edit​

Click on Edit.

Step 5: Account Detail Edit Form​

Fetching info with SingPass MyInfo gets populated into the form:

Auto-filled Information:

  • Company Name
  • Company UEN
  • Company Address 1
  • Company Address 2
  • Postal Code
  • Full Name
  • NRIC/FIN

Editable Fields:

  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number

Tips

  • Double-check your email and mobile number before saving to ensure accuracy.
  • Company information is synced with SingPass and cannot be edited manually.
  • Keeping contact info up to date ensures smooth communication.
  • Make sure you’re connected to a secure network when updating sensitive details.
  • Don't forget to click Save Changes—unsaved edits will be lost.

Step 6: Save Changes​

Click on Save Changes.

Your updated information will be saved and reflected in your account profile.
